Frank Aquino, J.D., is an attorney who is general counsel of an environmental-engineering and professional consulting-services company based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

His responsibilities include general legal advice, oversight of corporate ethics, commercial litigation management, review of employee benefits and employment issues, and management of commercial and government contracts.

Frank was an 8-year member of the publicly elected Howard County, MD, Board of Education and served as its chairman for three of those years. He was also a former Parent-Teacher Association executive committee member at the elementary, middle and high schools his children attended and he coached metro traveling baseball teams.

Frank and his wife, Mary, are the parents of three adult children.
