Andrew Felber, Foundation Board Member

Andrew Felber is a senior vice president in the Washington, D.C., office of the CBRE global commercial real estate firm. His clients include Deutsche Bank, Sumitomo, Sun Trust Bank, Sprint, General Dynamics, MassMutual, The National Association of Broadcasters, Cigna, Weyerhauser and Morgan Stanley. He has been the recipient of many “Transaction of The Year” and “Top Producer” awards by the D.C. Realtors Board and has been a guest speaker on the city’s all-news radio station and a guest panelist discussing the local real-estate market at a Greater Washington Board of Trade symposium.

Prior to entering real estate in 1988, Andrew worked as a family therapist at Arlington Hospital in Virginia. His main hobby is photojournalism, which began in high school and has resulted in freelance assignments over the years for The Washington Post, the Associated Press, the United Nations, The D.C. Economic Development Authority, and the Supreme Court Historical Society. Two of his images have been displayed in the Cleveland Museum of Art. He recently began collecting fine-art photography, including work by Ansel Adams, Berenice Abbott and Andre Kertesz. His other passion is genealogy, the expansion of his family tree, and his ancestors' involvement in the Civil War.
